We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items, so we will gladly exchange your item(s) if you change your mind.

So that we can accept your return, please ensure:

Lastly, we just ask that the items are returned and received within 14 days of your original order date.

Please note, due to the volume of orders during busy periods, delays of 3-5 business days upon receiving your return can be expected. Rest assured, once it has been processed, you will be notified via a confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of posting their order back.

If in the unfortunate event that any your products have arrive damaged, please send us an email at Kyusu.aus@gmail.com with a photo or video of the damaged item for review. After verification, we will either replace the item or offer a refund, depending on the situation.

Allow for 9-14 days for you orders to arrive.
